Usage of service
By signing up for a free or paid account, SnappySnippets grants you a limited license to access the site and the service it provides through its Content Management Portal. The company reserves the right in whole or in part to terminate your license to use this service at any time for any reason.
Billing, Renewal, Suspension and Termination

Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to pay for services when due and a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Fees are payable in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. Customer's billing cycle shall be monthly or yearly, beginning on the Service Commencement Date. The company may require payment for the first billing cycle before beginning service.

The company may increase its fees for services effective the first day of a Renewal Term by giving notice to Customer of the new fees at least forty five (45) days prior to the beginning of the Renewal Term, and if Customer does not give a notice of non-renewal as provided in Section 2 above, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the new fee for that Renewal Term and any subsequent Renewal Terms (unless the fees are increased in the same manner for a subsequent Renewal Term).

Your subscription may be upgraded at any time. Changes made to your subscription account, including but not limited to cancelation may not take effect until your subscription renewal date. Cancelling your account before the renewal period does not automatically qualify you for a refund in whole or part. You must inform the company within 20 if you wish to dispute your invoice in order to receive an adjustment or credit.

Indemnity
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees, advertisers or partners, from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of our services, violation of this Terms of Service or any other actions connected with use of our services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, we will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.
