Response times for new tickets vary according to the account type. We strive to respond to tickets logged with a free account within 4 days. Tickets created with a Pro account will usually receive a response within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when a ticket is raised by your editors. If you deem it necessary for us to take a look at the issue, you will have to raise a seperate ticket on the system
